Shipping Information

Items purchased from Ethnogens.com will typically be shipped within three business days. Items are shipped via USPS 2-3 day priority mail or UPS Ground (our choice) depending on the size and weight of your order. We charge a flat fee of $5 per order for shipping and handling in the United States, International shipments will be charged $10/order. Cacti (outside United States) will cost an extra $20.

Please provide a street address instead of a PO Box especially if ordering live plants. While we do try to ship within three business days, please allow up to two weeks (10 business days) for delivery.

International orders are welcome. Please check with local laws and customs regarding the importation of the products you want to order. International shipping of cacti is an additional $20. Ethnogens.com cannot be held responsible for seized orders.
